Instagram Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon Cheating Divorce Split News: Wife Custody Battle Ignited by Tour? [GOSSIP UPDATE]

When America's Got Talent host Nick Cannon took to Twitter a few weeks ago to set the record straight about his upcoming divorce to Mariah Carey, many fans presumed that the thoughtful tweets--which praised his soon-to-be ex-wife for taking care of their kids--indicated that an amicable split was on the horizon. But, according to the gossip news updates, the Instagram lingerie feet model has a completely different idea about how this whole thing is going to go down, and it isn't pretty. Word has it that Carey has practically kidnapped their twin children--taking them on a tour of the world--and told Nick that she was making all the rules in regards to custody, including when they would be able to visit. Nick is reportedly determined to see his kids for Halloween, but Mariah is going to be of the country--without any intentions of returning early. The hostility may have something to do with Mariah accusing Nick of cheating while she has been on tour, but it is just as likely old fashioned breakup spite.

If Nick Cannon was thinking he would be able to painlessly end his marriage to Mariah Carey, it seems that he couldn't have been more wrong.

A source claiming to have the behind-the-scenes deets told OK! Magazine in their November 3, issue that Mariah was taking the gloves off by keeping Nick's kids away from him, and very shortly Cannon would be, most likely, doing the same:

"He's been cut off from seeing his kids for weeks...It's like a dagger in his heart.

"Mariah says it's her rules.

"Nick has no say and he is getting more and more frustrated."

The tabloid spy goes on the allege that at this point all Cannon wants is to see his children over the up-coming holidays, though it seems unlikely that Mariah will be willing to let that happen:

"This is going to escalate...and get nastier."

According to TMZ, having the twins on tour isn't exactly helping Mariah concentrate on hitting the high-notes, as evidence by her disastrous first stop on the tour in Tokyo:

"Carey kicked off her Elusive Chanteuse World Tour in Tokyo-- it's clear she couldn't hit the high notes she's famous for.

"Mariah Carey struggled to get through the first night of her tour Saturday evening in Japan ... with her voice giving out--and the video is PAINFUL to watch."

Nick Cannon better get those children back from that crazy woman before they wind up wards of the state.
