‘Arrow’ Spin-Off ‘Flash’ New Episode Spoilers: Grant Gustin Facebooks Future of Show Video After Ezra Miller ‘Justice League’ Movie Casting

Grant Gustin’s run on, The CW Arrow spin-off, The Flash has just started and DC has already announced that they are working on a Flash film. However, Grant Gustin will not be playing the Scarlet Speedster on the Silver Screen. Instead, Ezra Miller will taking on the role. Now Grant Gustin has opened up to his Facebook fans, about the future of the show, ahead of tonight’s new episode.

The official plot synopsis for tonight’s all new episode of The Flash, titled “Things You Can't Outrun,” reads:

“Barry and the team go after the Mist, who possesses toxic gas powers, and they reflect on the night Caitlin's fiancé died. Meanwhile, Henry gets a long-awaited visit from Joe; and Iris and Eddie continue to keep their romance a secret from Joe.”

It was recently announced that DC is working on a Flash movie for 2018, starring Ezra Miller, instead of Grant Gustin. However, Gustin doesn’t seem concerned. The actor, donning his best Rachel Maddow costume, released a thank you video to his Facebook fans for supporting the Scarlet Speedster on the small screen, as transcribed by Comicbook.com:

"Thank you for watching. Thank you for sharing your excitement and sending some positivity my way and to the rest of the cast. We really appreciate it; I can say personally it's getting me really pumped. We're on episode ten and so it's been crazy so far and fun an exhausting and to hear everybody's loving it is very exciting. I promise it really is only getting better from here.
