Princess Kate Middleton Suffers Pregnant Baby Bump Ultrasound Photo Scandal, Loss of Power? [RUMORS]

It's been a busy week for the pregnant Princess Kate Middleton, who recently suffered a bit of a baby bump scandal. Photos published seem to show her and William coming from an ultrasound reading. The latest news comes after it was revealed that Duchess Catherine didn't even rank on this year's Most Powerful Londoners.

Things may be spinning out of control for the royal family.

It seems like Prince William and HRH can't even go to a doctor's appointment without being harassed by the paps. Of course, it wasn't their visit that has everyone talking.

Instead, it's the publishing of those photos that has caused an international uproar. While the alleged privacy violations are laughable compared to those experienced by similar parties in America, Inquistr explains what led to the controversy:

"The Duchess of Cambridge was photographed leaving a London clinic, with insiders believing that she and husband Prince William were visiting royal obstetrician Alan Farthing...William was seen holding an envelope believed to contain the first ultrasound images of baby No. 2...But the photos themselves have created controversy. Newspapers in the UK opted not to publish the shots, which were viewed as a violation of Kate and William's privacy."

One place that didn't opt out was U.S. publication New York Daily News. Of course, this wouldn't be the first photo controversy to involve the popular news outlet.

And this isn't the only controversy that involves Kate Middleton either. HRH was formally snubbed by the Evening Standard, a prestigious U.K.-owned newspaper, that publishes an annual list of the most powerful Londoners.

According to Entertainment Tonight Canada, Kate Middleton didn't make the top 20, while Amal Clooney skyrocketed on the list:

"Brains, beauty, style - she's got it all! And now, best of all, newlywed Amal Clooney has gained influence and power...George Clooney's new bride has been named the most powerful woman in London less than three weeks after marrying the Oscar-winning actor."

We want to hear from you.

Did the Evening Standard get the list right? Do you think Kate Middleton should have been the most powerful woman in London? Did New York Daily News cross the line or is Britain being silly?
