New ‘Family Guy’ ‘Breaking Bad’ Parody Episode: Seth MacFarlane Fired ‘7th Heaven’ Stephen Collins Child Molestation Investigation Update

Tonight, Fox’s Family Guy is all new with a Breaking Bad parody episode. Seth MacFarlane's talking bear movie, Ted 2 is currently in production, and Stephen Collins has been fired after a tape surfaced of him apparently admitting to molesting at least-three different children. Now a new update into the invention of the Seventh Heaven star suggest that the actor might not be charged.

The official plot synopsis for tonight;s all new episode, titled “Baking Bad,” reads:

“Lois and Peter open a cookie store, but things take a bad turn when he devises an interesting way to scare up customers.”

Seth MacFarlane's new sequel Ted 2 is currently in production and actor Stephen Collins has been cut from the film. Collins in currently under investigation after audio tapes of him (allegedly) admitting to sexual harrising/molesting young girls was released.

Now TMZ is reporting that Collins is unlikely to face charges, due to the crimes allegedly taking place in the 70’s and 80’s.

Collins might actually be able to use the molestation allegations to his advantage, making the case that his ex-wife was using the tapes as blackmail.

Collins’ layer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, has made a statement to TMZ, claiming:

"Over the course of my representation of Stephen in the divorce case, Faye has repeatedly threatened to give this audiotape to the media unless Stephen agreed to pay her millions of dollars more than that to which she was legally entitled. When these demands were rebuffed, Faye attempted -- without success -- to peddle the tape in numerous ways to numerous different people. It appears that she has finally found an audience for this tape -- not surprisingly, on the eve of the trial in the divorce case where, again, she is seeking millions of dollars more than that to which she is legally entitled."
