Fox ‘Simpsons’ Treehouse of Horrors 2014 and Andy Samberg ‘Brooklyn Nine-Nine’ New Halloween Episode Previews [SPOILERS] [VIDEO]

Fox’s is all new tonight, starting with the long-running hit animated series, The Simpsons, followed by Andy Samberg's cop-comedy Brooklyn Nine-Nine. It is a special Halloween themed night for fans with the return of the annual Treehouse of Horrors, Simpsons special, followed by the second annual Halloween episode of B99.

The official plot synopsis for tonight’s Simpsons special, “Treehouse of Horror XXV,” reads:

“In a Halloween-theme episode Bart reads Aramaic symbols from the bottom of his desk and he and Lisa are transported to an alternate world filled with demons. Also, Moe organizes a ‘Clockwork Orange’-ish gang in which member Dum (Homer) falls for a young lady (Marge) who wants him quit. In a homage to ‘The Others,’ the Simpsons reconnect with their earlier incarnations from the Tracey Ullman era.”

Last year, famed Hellboy and Pan’s Labyrinth director, Guillermo del Toro, directed the opening scene /couch gag for the Halloween episode. Check it out, if you dare…..OK< you really don’t have to dare...its just a cartoon….not very daring:

The official plot synopsis for tonight’s all new episode of Brooklyn Nine-Nine, titled “Halloween II,” reads:

“As part of an annual Halloween bet, Jake plans to steal Capt. Holt's watch before midnight. Elsewhere, Gina gets kicked off her dance team.”

All the Halloween fun starts tonight at 8:00 p.m. on Fox.
