Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale Divorce: Husband Splits After Christina Aguilera Returns to ‘The Voice’? [VIDEO]

If Gavin Rossdale is staying with Gwen Stefani for the peripheral Voice fame, then their marriage is just about to be over. According to the latest gossip news updates, the "Hollaback Girl "and the Bush frontman have been contemplating divorce for months--with the No Doubt singer reportedly going so far as to openly flirt with Neptunes producer, Pharrell Williams, on the set of the NBC hit series. But with the network announcing that Christina Aguilera will be returning next season it looks like it may very soon be splits-ville for the reggae loving mother of three and her bi-sexual husband.

After months of tabloid reports that Gwen Stefani was still having trouble trusting Gavin Rossdale ever since finding out years after their wedding that the rocker had a gay relationship as well as a love child with a married woman before they got married, now it's reportedly the Brit's turn to be upset and jealous.

A source claiming to have behind-the-scenes deets told OK! Magazine in time for their October 27, issue that Rossdale was getting pretty hot around the collar over the steamy way Stefani and her Voice co-star Pharrell talk to each other at work:

"Gwen and Pharrell are old friends and just finished an album.

"But their being together day in and day out is making Gavin a little nuts.

"They're flirty on set, calling each other 'boo', and he doesn't like it."

Making matters even worse, this show is one of the relatively few high-profile gigs that Gavin has been able to land in the last decade or so, thanks to his wife, but it looks like NBC is going to be returning to their original platinum blonde hit maker, Christina Aguilera, next season on The Voice.

NBC big-wig, Paul Telegdy, officially announced that the franchise would be more than happy to have Christina Aguilera get her butt back in the spinning chair--where it belongs (via Philly.com):

"We are excited to welcome Christina back to her red chair and can't wait to see how she mixes things up among Adam, Blake and Pharrell, in what will be an incredibly competitive competition.

"These four talented artists are at the top of their game as musicians and as coaches.

"The mentoring is sure to be intense and the stakes will be high."

Who knows...at some point in time maybe the NBC producers will even let two woman serve as mentors at the same time--if America can handle it?
