Rumors that Beyonce is pregnant with her second child and may soon be divorcing husband Jay Z, who the tabloids accuse of cheating, have begun to wane. That's good news for the couple who have been under intense scrutiny since Solange Knowles and Jay Z got into a huge fight in a Met elevator. Turns out it was a joint album rumor that got everyone's minds off of their marriage and back on their music.
If you just couldn't get enough of Jay Z and Beyonce singing together on their joint summer tour, On the Run, then you may be in luck. Rumor has it that the a-list couple will be recording a collaborative album, following their smash summer tour.
According to The Guardian, rumors first got started by New York Post's iconic gossip feature, Page Six. The popular U.S. publication delighted fans of Beyoncé and Jay Z alike, when they claimed that the couple will be releasing their first ever joint album.
Jay and Bey are likely overjoyed by the rumors, even if they're totally false. After all, the summer was dominated by claims that Jay Z was attacked by Solange, because he was cheating on his gorgeous wife.
Despite repeated claims that the two are going to split up, Page Six isn't the only report to suggest that a joint album is in the works. DJ Skee, whose opinions and voice are well-respected in the hip-hop community, first alluded to this album back in September.
While neither Beyonce nor Jay Z have commented on all of the speculation, they did put one rumor to bed. After the completion of their On the Run summer tour, the couple were spotted sharing some champagne.
Though this would normally never make news, it seemed to silence tabloid rumors that Beyoncé is pregnant with the couple's second child.
And that's not the only rumor to be refuted about the couple in recent weeks. Beyonce's own father made headlines for commenting on the couple's marriage.
According to Mathew Bowles, Jay Z and Beyonce actually used a "Jedi mind trick" when they, personally, started all of the divorce rumors. This was an effort, Mr Knowle's asserts, to generate additional revenue from their tour.
