‘RHOC’ Reunion News: Tamra Barney Wins; Lizzie Rovsek Returns; Vicki Gunvalson Boyfriend Sued Again? [GOSSIP UPDATE]

Apparently life is a real rollercoaster when you are a cast member of the Real Housewives of Orange County. According to the latest gossip news updates, Tamra Barney Judge has just won her child custody battle against former husband, Simon, while co-star Vicki Gunvalson's ex-boyfriend, Brooks Ayers, is being sued again--this time by the mistress of his former vodka business partner. Plus, you shouldn't be worrying about who is and isn't going to be returning next year. Tamra revealed through Twitter that everyone you saw at last year's reunion recap will be back for Season 10, even her new nemesis, Lizzie Rovsek. Judge's tweet even sights talk of two rookies joining the TV show.

It would appear that perhaps, Tamra Barney Judge isn't the despicably negligent mother that her ex-husband, Simon Barney, would have you believe.

After Radar Online seemingly broke the news the judge in the Barney's babies trial has ruled in Tamra's favor, the rest of the internet tabloids followed suit.

It looks like the Housewife was right when she said that her ex was just trying to embarrass her the best he could for all the world to see.

It is also being reported by Radar Online that Brooks Ayers is also being accused of trying to embarrass the other parties in his lawsuit with his former business partner.

According to the report, Ayers alleges in his suit that his partner spread lies about him embezzling from their company in order to ruin his relationship with Gunvalson, but the mistress of the man that Brooks once called friend is counter-suing--explaining that it's Ayer's who is trying to bring up everybody's unflattering personal business in court to distract from the weakness of his argument.

Regardless of all their legal troubles, word has it that all the ladies will be returning for the season in addition to a couple of new California girls.

Tamra Barney took to Twitter to post an article that reported that all the ladies from Season 9 would be back to mix it up for the reality television cameras at least one more time.

But the LA Late article also goes on to claim that the show's producers don't dislike Tamra, and that hardly seems like a commentary based in reality.

As much as network's producers have to work with the she-devil it seems pretty difficult to believe that they don't at least dream of a Bravo world in which Barney doesn't exisit.
