Artistic Director of The National Ballet of Canada, Karen Kain, unveiled 2013/2014 Season.

The season will open with a well known 'Swan Lake' in November 2013, followed by The National Ballet of Canada's 'Innovation' series which will present 3 world premieres by Canadian choreographers Robert Binet, Jose Navas, and James Kudelka in one programme of dance.
December 2013 and beginning of January 2014, will belong to 'The Nutcracker' in a comical and touching version of E.T.A. Hoffmann's Christmas tale.
In February 2014 and beginning of March 2014, the ballet stage will be occupied by 'Watch her' & 'A month in the country,' choreographed by Aszure Barton and Sir Frederick Ashton.
'Swan Lake' will return back on stage beginning of March 2014, followed by 'Onegin' based on the story of Alexander Pushkin's classic verse novel Eugene Onegin.
'Spectre de la Rose,' 'Opus 19/The Dreamer', 'The Second Detail,' will take the stage from May 28-till Jun 1, 2014.
James Kudelka's version of 'Cindirella' will rule The National Ballet of Canada in June 2014, featuring a touch of drama and comedy.
