Legendary former Dallas Cowboys receiver Michael Irvin has turned his life around since his partying hey-day in the 90's. The cocaine-fueled lifestyle seems to be behind Irvin, who prefers spending time with his family and going to church these days. So is he quitting his job at the NFL Network because he misses his church? So far, he's still on board, but Irvin admitted that he has been struggling with the scheduling conflict which keeps him from his regular Sunday activities.
Irvin recently admitted to having trouble with his job on NFL Network's NFL Gameday Morning, because he's missing Sunday church service (via TMZ):
"I texted my bishop T.D. Jakes the other day ... I said, 'Man, it's getting to the point where I'm missing church more than I'm looking forward to games on Sunday'. That's been hard for me to go to work ... I miss that man."
On the bright side, though, Irvin is feeling better than ever thanks to a new personalized nutritional supplement regimen (via Forbes):
"foru has turned back the clock. I can play basketball again with my sons, which is something I wasn't able to do in a long time. foru's personalized nutrition, which is prepared for me each month based on my DNA has made a significant difference."
That sounds great, Mike, but that probably costs a pretty penny. What's the average joe supposed to do to get himself in shape?
