It seems that Tamra Barney Judge's time as a cast member on Bravo's Real Housewives of Orange County may have run its course. According to the latest gossip news updates, not only have the network producers already fired the back biter, they have replaced her. Word has it the wife of NBA legend Kobe Bryant, Vanessa Bryant, will be joining the 2014 Season 10 cast as Barney's replacement. In related news, former Housewife Gretchen Rossi and Blake Smiley are publicly making a big deal about trying to get pregnant and have a baby in a seemingly desperate attempt to maintain some kid of marginally cultural relevance.
Say it ain't so, but it seems that Real Housewives of Orange County veteran, Tamra Barney Judge, may have finally cost herself her high paying reality show gig.
It's been rumored for weeks that Barney had been fired because she was more interested in putting on a show for the cameras than she was just acting like herself.
According to our good friends over at Celeb Dirty Laundry, Rossi has finally started to accept and even confirm her miserable fate:
"At first Barney vehemently denied she was getting axed.
"[But] recently Tamra began changing her story and claiming that she is quitting the show, despite the producers desperate attempts to keep her on board, which just solidifies the fact that she really is being ousted."
It is even reported that Bravo execs have already picked out Barney replacement for the upcoming Season 10 run (via Inquisitr):
"There will be a new girl and a new friend. They are looking at athletes wives.
"There is one who plays professional baseball. There have also been talks of Kobe Bryant's wife being scoped out."
Fighting hard not to fade from the reality TV limelight, Gretchen Rossi, is putting the word out that she is doing everything in her power to get pregnant as soon as possible.
During a recent interview with Reality Tea, Rossi revealed that it was difficult as hell, but with any luck she'll be able to make herself a little ring bearer or flower girl before their yet to be scheduled wedding:
"It's so much more complicated than we ever anticipated before we started it.
"You question everything and wonder if it's the right decision. And it's not fun to shoot yourself up three times a day.
"[But] it'd be pretty amazing to have our children at our wedding!"
There has to be an easier way to get something new for the ceremony.
