Rumors are once again flying that Tori Spelling is bankrupt, following claims that she may file for divorce from cheating husband Dean McDermott. New reports suggest that Tori has taken a significant pay cut for the new season of True Tori. Despite a slew of breakup rumors and tons of press, Spelling and McDermott may soon find themselves broke.
Tori Spelling has been struggling for quite some time now, and it seems like things may have just got worse.
According to a new Radar Online report, Tori will be making a lot less for Season 2 of her Lifetime show. One source tells the publication that Dean will be making far less:
"Lifetime was interested in doing another season of the show. However, Tori had to be willing to take a pay cut, a big one, and she did. The pay cut was significant...Tori is making only $50,000 to do Season Two. And Dean isn't making a dime. Tori made sure his contract specified that."
At least Tori still has some form of income, as the reality star recently admitted that she is going broke. Much like the first season, Season 2 will focus on her relationship with Dean McDermott.
Despite accusations that the reality show (as well as the entire cheating scandal) was faked for ratings, Dean and Tori will return sometime in October, as E! Online tells readers:
"True Tori, Lifetime's docu-series about Tori Spelling and Dean McDermotts efforts to save their marriage after his cheating scandal, is returning for a second season. Season two, which will once again be eight episodes, will premiere on Tuesday, Oct. 21. (Set your DVRs now!)"
What do you think about the latest rumors? Do you really think that Tori's salary was cut to $50,000 a season? Did you watch True Tori? If so, do you feel like the show and scandal were faked?
