By all accounts Hollywood's most eligible bachelor, George Clooney, is super excited about getting married to his British fiancé, Amal Alamuddin, in the next few hours. But all the last minute planning could break the engaged love birds up just before the ceremony. According to the latest gossip news updates, the ER actor is planning every last detail of the celebration himself--right down to the cases of the Casamigos that he reportedly plans to hand out of party gifts. Word has it that his London lawyer girlfriend was determined not to let her big day turn into a bacchanal, until the middle-aged Batman assured her that no matter what he wouldn't get too loaded to get her pregnant.
Word has it that very soon George Clooney and Amal Alamuddin will be tying the knot in Venice, Italy surrounded by their most intimate friends and family.
A source claiming to know Clooney well told the UK's Closer that George very much planned to have children now that he has found the love of his life (via Independent):
"George is saying he's ready to do this - he thought he never wanted children, but meeting Amal has made him realize he is ready for a family.
"He's so glad that she has come into his life and knows he wants her to be the mother of his kids."
Before Clooney can start thinking about preschools, he has to first get through this wedding--a task proving more difficult than first expected.
A inside informant told OK! Magazine in their October 6 issue, that Amal was giving George quite a bit of push back on all the wedding day partying he was planning with his friends:
"Amal told George that she wants the affair to stay classy and would prefer that he not drink anything beyond the champagne toast...She's begged George not to turn their celebration into a frat party.
"He told Amal not to worry--he won't be drunk to consummate the marriage."
From the way his buddies have made it sound over the years, Amal would probably have an easier time getting Clooney to give up his addiction to Brad Pitt, than she will alcohol.
