As rumors that the couple are secretly engaged continue to fly, Ryan Gosling and the very pregnant Eva Mendes find themselves preparing for her upcoming due date. Eva and Ryan are probably overcome with excitement about their upcoming bundle of joy, but now Ryan has another reason to be excited-it was just revealed that RyGos is the crush of openly gay Bob Harper.
Bob Harper, one of the most beloved trainers on the hit reality show Biggest Loser, has often kept his sexuality out of the press. In fact, only recently did the celeb officially come out of the closet.
But it looks like that's all changing.
In a recent interview with InTouch, Harper opened up about his celebrity crush. Turns out his answer isn't really that surprising, as the tabloid tells readers:
"...Bob Harper catches up with In Touch Weekly in an exclusive interview about dating, and crushing on Ryan Gosling. Bob tells In Touch that he's looking for 'someone funny with a good head on their shoulders. They've got to know what's going on in the world.' And Ryan Gosling look-alikes are welcome - he reveals that Ryan is his celebrity crush, adding with a laugh, 'I'm so gay right now!'"
This isn't the only positive news Gosling has recently received.
Newsday is reporting that Ryan Gosling has been cast in the upcoming film The Nice Guys. According to the publication, Ryan's character won't be that much of stretch from others he's portrayed in recent years:
"The star of Drive will continue his string of roughneck roles (Blue Valentine, A Place Beyond the Pines) in this detective thriller, which has just received a release date of June 17, 2016...Set in 1970s Los Angeles, the movie stars Gosling as a hard-luck private eye who teams with a leg-breaker-for-hire to solve the case of a missing girl..."
Ryan and Eva, though a very private couple, are likely pleased by receiving the favorable press.
After all, the tabloids have relentlessly bashed the couple and their relationship for months now. Each week, there seemed to be a new report that Ryan and Eva were splitting up.
Since Eva's pregnancy was revealed, however, the breakup rumors have taken a backseat to more pleasant speculation.
