‘Divergent’ Shailene Woodley and Theo James Dating Split: Boyfriend Ansel Elgort iCloud Defense? [VIDEO UPDATE]

Even though you have probably heard something different on the internet, Divergent stars Shailene Woodley and Theo James aren't dating and they never have been. Before the topless White Bird in a Blizzard seductress could even start to put the moves on her Underworld costar, James would have to first split with his longtime girlfriend, Ruth Kearney--a highly unlikely prospect. Woodley's Fault of Our Stars boyfriend, Ansel Elgort, thinks that having access to social media should practically be a right for all the children world round. The recently single Ansolo--Elgort just broke up with his girlfriend, Violetta Komyshan, a few weeks ago--did suggest that they might want to disconnect their iCloud, however, as a preemptive defense against the dreaded celebrity nude photo hacker/leaker.

For all the luddites convinced that Twitter, Instagram and Facebook are going to be the downfall of our society, Insurgent star, Ansel Elgort, has got some news for you: Access to social media is a child's god given right.

The 22-year-old actor told BuzzFeed in a recent interview that at this point in time lives everywhere are enriched my social media in incalculable ways:

"I think everyone should have social media--all young people, at least.

"When I was 15, I got my first smartphone. It's a different world now."

That being said, Ansel knows that the internet can still be a very dangerous place full predators and sycophants, so he suggests that everyone take all the proper precautions and remember to properly secure all incriminating topless selfies and dick pics:

"Oh yeah, I turned off my iCloud.

"Like, I had taken some pictures, and deleted them, and I was looking in my cloud one day, and I was like, every picture that I've taken is on here, even the ones I deleted. Like, all the shitty ones too.

"I was like, Hmm."

So remember kids...lock those inappropriate photos up or you too might soon be having to explain exactly what an "iCloud" is to your parents.
