“When there’s trouble you know who to call…..Teen Titans!” The Teen Titans might be coming to TV in all new hour-long drama, live-action drama. DC Comics is reportedly in talks with TNT to bring the famous comic team the small screen. The show will reportly focus on Batman’s sidekick, Dick Grayson, A.K.A. Robin, leaving the nest to start his team. The show will also reportedly feature titan members Starfire and Raven.
Warner Brother and TNT are in talks to make a Teen Titans TV show with Akiva Goldsman and Marc Haimes serving as producers.
Entertainment Weekly is reporting on the proposed pilot's plot:
“[Robin Dick Grayson] emerges from the shadow of Batman to become Nightwing, the leader of a fearless band of new Super Heroes including Starfire, Raven and many others. Titans is a dramatic adventure series that will explore and celebrate one of the most popular comic book titles ever.”
The CW is already carving their way through a lot of the popular Teen Titans members, with Speedy A.K.A. Roy Harper, a permanent member of the cast of Arrow. Teen Titans’ villains Deathstroke, Brother Blood and Ravager have also been featured on Arrow as well.
