It is finally here!!! Grand Theft Auto V is finally coming to the next generation. The official release date for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions of the hit game. Rockstar has released an all new trailer for the re-release and a list of updated features. Check out the video, titled Grand Theft Auto V: A Picket Fence And A Dog Named Skip:
Rockstar’s official video trailer description, details some of the new features that the next gen version of the game will include:
“In addition to increased draw distances and higher resolution, players can expect a range of additions and improvements including:
- New weapons, vehicles and activities
- Additional wildlife
- Denser traffic
- New foliage system
- Enhanced damage and weather effects, and much more
“Grand Theft Auto V for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC will also feature enhanced radio selections with over 100 additional new songs and new DJ mixes from returning DJs across the game’s 17 radio stations.”
Players who played the original PS3 and Xbox 360 version of the games will also get some special features for crossing over:
“A host of new, exclusive content also awaits for players returning from the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 versions including rare versions of classic vehicles to collect from across the Grand Theft Auto series such as the Dukes, the Dodo Seaplane and a faster, more maneuverable Blimp; activities including wildlife photography and new shooting range challenges, new weapons and more.”
The official release date for the game on Xbox One and PS4 is November 18, 2014, with the PC release on January 27 2015.
