Randy Johnson Sells His Big Unit? Retired Pitcher's Paradise Valley Mansion Listing For $25 Million

Randy Johnson, known to fans worldwide as "The Big Unit", is selling His Paradise Valley Mansion in Arizona. Now that he has kids going away to college, The Unit and his wife are looking for something a little smaller than their 25,000 square foot house, according to the LA Times. Listing at $25 Million, this is one piece of sports memorabilia you can't get at a swap meet.

Johnson, a 4-time Cy Young award winner, isn't the only famous athlete to hang his hat in Paradise Valley. Muhammed Ali, Mike Tyson, Shaq and even Charles Barkley either live there or have in the past.

So it will probably be a big fish who bids on the place, not just some lottery winner (via Forbes):

"A home at $25 million, it's not just your normal athlete, it has to be a super athlete. My guess is it's going to be more of a corporate executive."

The opulent digs are well worth the price from the description. Just add a Johnny Manziel-level Labor Day party and call it Paradise... Valley (via LA Times):

"Outdoors, the resort-like grounds center on a zero-entry pool with a spa, water slide and private bathhouse."
