Floyd Mayweather Sr. Calls Out 50 Cent: Champ's Father Challenges Rapper To Fight His Son In Boxing Ring After Money May Can't Read Jokes [TWITTER] [INSTAGRAM]

Boxing legend Floyd Mayweather, Sr. may not have the best relationship with his son, but when it comes down to brass tacks, the old man puts family first. Since Money May and 50 Cent have begun feuding via Twitter and Instagram, Fitty has hit Floyd with some nasty low blows, like tauntingly Tweeting about Nelly stealing his girlfriend and saying that Floyd can't read. The jokes and barbs and Instagram posts have been pretty entertaining, but Papa May says the rapper should put his money where his mouth is just fight the champ. The challenge to step into the boxing ring with Mayweather is a daunting prospect for seasoned professionals... Do you think 50 would stand a chance?

Floyd's dad, Floyd, says if the gentlemen have a problem, they should settle it using the sweet science as a mediator (via TMZ):

"50 Cent seems like he's got a problem since Floyd left him. He's a world known singer and he's acting like a kid... He weighs over 100 pounds more than Floyd. Let him go up against Floyd ... put that on video. Floyd would stop all that. Wouldn't be no more said."

In the midst of these shenanigans, Mayweather actually has a real fight to concern himself with. Like another rematch he had in 2002, the champ seems confident that he can beat Marcos Maidana a second time with ease (via LA Times):

"I know I beat [Castillo] the first time. I out-boxed him. If you turn down the volume and don't listen to the announcers and [just] watch the fight, you will see that I won."
