'RHONJ' Spoilers: Guilty Teresa Giudice Prison Sentence Revealed, No Jail Time After Nancy Grace Feud? [RUMORS]

Time for some more spoilers about Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice. According to the latest rumors, Teresa thinks she has her upcoming prison sentence verdict figured out. A new tabloid article suggests that Giudice doesn't think she is going to spend any time in jail, despite what Nancy Grace said during their latest feud.

Teresa may have recently went to a psychic on RHONJ, but now it looks like she fashions herself a bit of a mind reader as well. At least that's the way Radar Online made it seem, when it comes to Teresa's September 23 sentencing.

According to one source who spoke with the popular gossip website, Teresa isn't planning on serving any jail time:

"Teresa has been telling friends she doesn't think there is any way the judge will send her to prison because she is a mother of four girls...Teresa is planning on saying she just went along with whatever her husband Joe gave her to sign, and never paid attention to the details...Teresa is very positive that the United States Justice Department won't recommend that she go to jail either."

Of course, not everyone is convinced that Teresa will be getting off without serving time. This is especially true for talking head Nancy Grace.

Long before a plea was even entered, Nancy was busy telling her audience that Joe and Teresa were definitely guilty. On her hit HLN show, Grace told viewers:

"I think [Teresa and Joe] were in it together and you know what? You can get away with shoplifting, maybe stealing a car but don't mess with the feds when it comes to money. Never mess with the tax man. Never mess with the feds alright? They have no mercy. I predict they're going down. Much as Martha Stewart was used I think they will be used as an example to other people."

What do you think about the latest rumors? Could Teresa really get off without serving jail time? Do you think she is disillusioned about the upcoming sentencing?
