Peyton Manning Calls Broncos Offense Out, We Stink, Stank, Stunk After Brother Eli Fantasy Football Rap [VIDEO]

Super Bowl Runner-Ups the Denver Broncos have performed well so far in the preseason. Just ask anyone. Well, anyone except quarterback Peyton Manning. Despite opening at 2-0 in the preseason, Manning feels that his offense is not as ready as everyone else seems to think. He pulled a Larry Bird and called out his teammates after a poor practice this week. He thinks they stink, stank, stunk against the Houston Texans at a joint practice session, despite observations to the contrary. Maybe he's just thinking about that awful rap video he made with his brother Eli about fantasy football.

Earlier this week, perfectionist Peyton Manning addressed the media after what he felt was a poor offensive practice session. He also addressed the notion that he and his team are "regular-season ready" (via ESPN):

"'I thought our offense stunk today. Their defense totally kicked our butt.'

"On the regular-season ready theory, Manning then added; 'I think today that story ought to die. ... I kind of call it like I see it. When you have a pretty below average practice, you've got to call it a below average practice.'"

One thing that won't die is the "Fantasy Football Fantasy" rap video Peyton made with his brother Eli. It's painful to watch (via TMZ):

"There are a few other NFL cameos ('Broadway' Joe Namath) and more terrible, terrible verses ('A shower that showers you in tiny footballs') ... but you gotta look out for the flying horse. You can't possibly hate on a Pegasus."

You can watch video of the "song" here, if you can bear it:

If Manning can buckle down and get his Broncos where he wants them, perhaps he'll get a chance to redeem himself from the shame and embarrassment of last year's Super Bowl blowout at the hands of the Seattle Seahawks.
