After Kate Gosselin Child Abuse and Cheating Bodyguard Rumors, New Twins Show Confirmed [UPDATE]

After months of rumors that Kate Gosselin is guilty of child abuse and cheating with her married bodyguard, it appears the reality star has a bit of good news to report. TLC has officially ordered new episodes of a reality show that will feature both her and the twins.

Good news, fans of irresponsibly over-sized families! Kate Gosselin is coming back to your TV set.

According to People, Kate and the twins will be back on the air in December:

"Kate Gosselin hasn't finished up her run on TLC just yet...The cable network has ordered more installments of Kate Plus 8 to air in December...TLC says the cameras will follow Gosselin and her brood as they travel to Boston and explore the New England area as part of their family vacation."

That has to be welcome news for Kate, who has been a target of the tabloids for months now.

Not only has she been accused of child abuse, but she's also been accused of cheating with her married bodyguard, Steve Neild.

Despite reports earlier in the month that Steve abandoned his post as bodyguard, Neild appears to be standing by Gosselin's side. Kate and Steve and all the kids were spotted together this week, as Mail Online reports:

"Kate Gosselin can always rely on her bodyguard and rumoured boyfriend Steve Neild, who 'is back' in her life after a brief absence...The 39-year-old Kate Plus 8 star enjoyed the company of the very married Steve as she treated her brood to a family vacation in Massachusetts this week...Kate and her children were spotted soaking up early American history at Plimoth Plantation museum in Plymouth..."
