Even though Taylor Swift hasn't officially been dating anyone for quite a while, word had it she had her eye on a potential suitor for when she ended her self-imposed celibacy. According to the latest gossip news updates, the Instagram feet model is livid that her faux boyfriend Ed Sheeran is dating Athina Andrelos and wants the happy couple to split. Rumor has it that "22" singer isn't satisfied sharing Sheeran and needs the "Don't" crooner to keep his schedule open to tend to her needs. Athina should probably be worried, because Swift's track record more than speaks for itself. After she reportedly soured on bestie Selena Gomez' boyfriend, Justin Bieber, it was just a matter of time before the pair had broken up and Bieber was getting punched by Orlando Bloom for supposedly sleeping with Miranda Kerr.
Word has it that Taylor Swift is none too pleased with her best boy bestie, Ed Sheeran, seeing someone like Athina Anderlos--whatever that means.
Sheeran and his rumored girlfriend have been seen hanging out all over the place, but Swift is sadley rumored to be strongly opposed to the whole affair.
According to a reported insider, who spoke with Yahoo News, Taylor tried to shake the feeling that she had just lost Eddie, but it just wouldn't go away:
"[Taylor] has met Athina and at first she was OK about it...But now Ed and Athina are getting more serious she's turned into a green eyed monster.
"She can't stand the fact that he's fallen for someone--Ed's been like her boyfriend substitute for the past 18 months, and suddenly he's not available for any more.
"It's difficult because he thinks the world of her and doesn't want to do anything to jeopardize the friendship but some days Taylor texts him 20 times a day."
Perhaps, Athina really should be worried; it wasn't that long ago that Taylor was putting the full court press on Selena Gomez to ditch her then man, Justin Bieber.
And we all know how that ended--reportedly with Swift congratulating Gomez for dumping the dead weight (via Hollywood Life):
"Taylor and Selena have been talking a lot more now that Justin is out of the picture.
"She's so relieved that Selena finally came to her senses and dumped Justin.
"She is so proud of Selena and how's she's been handling the break-up."
Let's just hope that Athina hasn't already become too attached.
