SPOILERS FOLLOW: Sean Bean has made secret out of the fact that he thinks his (dead) Game of Thrones character Ned Stark isn’t really Jon Snow’s father. Now, the actor has gone as far to say “f**k Jon Snow.” During a recent Reddit AMA (Ask Me Anything) chat promoting his new TNT show, Bean opened up about his relationship with Kit Harington’s GOT character, The Lord of the Rings and Star Wars Episode 7 casting rumors.
One user asked Bean, “Why did you not teach Jon Snow anything?,” to which he replied, "Because he's not mine!.... Little bastard!"
Latter a second user asked:
“Would you rather apologize to Frodo or actually have that conversation with Jon Snow?”
Bean’s answer further shocked fans of Game of Thrones:
“I did apologize to Frodo, didn't I? Or I told somebody to tell him I was sorry. And f**k Jon Snow.”
The same user also asked, Bean about the upcoming Star Wars film, bringing up his habit of dying on screen:
“Do you plan to work your way into the new Star Wars trilogy so that you can die in the first installment?”
Bean fired back about breaking type, adding:
“That's a terrible question! I want to stay alive, and thrive!”
Sean Bean can be seen in the new show, Legends coming to TNT on August 13. The show’s IMDB page post the following (unofficial) synopsis for the plot:
“Follows a deep-cover operative named Martin Odum, who has an uncanny ability to transform himself into a different person for each job. But his own identity comes into question when a mysterious stranger suggests that Martin isn't who he thinks he is.”
