Taylor Swift is said to have made a big deal about not dating anyone for a bit, but that apparently doesn't mean that she doesn't want to have her options open when she decides to get back at it. According to the latest internet gossip news updates, the Instagram feet model is terribly upset that her reportedly one-day boyfriend Ed Sheeran is seeing Athina Andrelos. Despite having repeatedly denied having any romantic interests in the "Don't" heartbreaker, the sexy "22" country music singing bombshell sounds like she's practically ready to demand Ed and Andrelos split, if you believe the tabloids latest claims..
Love her or hate her, Taylor Swift's country music career has been even more remarkable than her sordid love life.
According to friends, stresses of her public breakups have caused Taye-Taye to withdraw from the dating scene, while leaning on her friendships to feel the void.
Now that Swift's supposed de facto boyfriend, Ed Sheeran, is said to be spending his time with his new girlfriend Athina Anderlos, word has it that Taylor is rethinking the whole taking a break from having a boyfriend thing (via Yahoo):
"She can't stand the fact that he's fallen for someone--Ed's been like her boyfriend substitute for the past 18 months, and suddenly he's not available for any more.
"She has met Athina and at first she was OK about it.
"But now Ed and Athina are getting more serious she's turned into a green eyed monster.
"Ed was always available to call 24/7, so if Taylorwanted to call him at 3am it wasn't a problem but now it's suddenly awkward."
According to the insider, Sheeran has since had to precariously explain to Swift that things can't continue as they once had:
"Ed had a few quiet words with Taylor. It's difficult because he thinks the world of her and doesn't want to do anything to jeopardize the friendship but some days Taylor texts him 20 times a day."
Too bad for Taylor, but if she liked it then she should have put a ring on it...or at least given Ed one of her many east coast mansions.
