In an odd turn of events, word has it that Brandi Glanville is opening a business, while her Bravo Real Housewives of Beverly Hills arch-nemesis, Lisa Vanderpump, is losing one. Spoilers: According to the latest gossip updates, the Donald Trump Celebrity Apprentice contestant is turning her love of getting drunk into a business, by launching her own line of wine. Unfortunately for Lisa Vanderpump, however, she is about to be one business lighter, as reports circulate that she and husband Ken Todd are putting their restaurant, Villa Blanca, up for sale, following the loss of a devastating sexual harassment lawsuit last month.
Instead of just spending her time stumbling around Rodeo Drive and getting drunk for reality television, Brandi Glanville is funneling her energy into getting a new business off the ground.
According to Bravo, the most notorious of Housewives is going to be starting a career in a field in which she has performed a lot of her own market research:
"As the bestselling author of memoirs Drinking & Tweeting and its sequel Drinking & Dating, Brandi Glanville obviously knows a thing or two when it comes to alcoholic libations.
"So it should come as no surprise that the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star is taking the next big step by launching her own line of wines."
Surprisingly, successful restaurateur and fellow Beverly Hills costar Lisa Vanderpump is getting rid of one of her famous eateries.
It's reported by Radar Online that Vanderpump and her husband are ready to put the bad memories of Villa Blanca behind them just as soon as possible:
"Vanderpump and husband Ken Todd are selling their Beverly Hills restaurant, Villa Blanca, following a lawsuit in which a former employee was awarded a $100k sexual harassment judgment.
"[The] restaurant went up for sale from real estate firm, Hilton & Hyland.
"There is no asking price listed and the restaurant comes 'turn key,' meaning that everything including the furniture and fixtures is covered by the price."
