‘Big Bang Theory’ Season 8 Spoilers: Jim Parsons Quits After Johnny Galecki Brawl? [HOAX UPDATE]

Good news for all you CBS Big Bang Theory fans out there; the internet gossip reports that Jim Parsons (Sheldon Cooper) has quit the show following an on-set brawl with Johnny Galecki while filming Season 8 is just a cruel hoax. Spoilers: with the amount of money to be made over the course of the next final three seasons, no one is going to just split and walk away from the Big Bang Theory. Perhaps those rumor updates about Priceline Penny, aka Kaley Cuoco, and her marriage to Ryan Sweeting being on the brink of divorce aren't true either.

So, apparently, you can't believe everything you read on the intrawebs; as it turns out the story about Jim Parsons leaving Big Bang Theory is no truer than reports about Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson's death or batboy being real.

It seems that satirical news site Empire News got the ball rolling when they reported that Parson's is out following a bunch of behind the scenes bullmess:

"It looks as though of the most beloved characters on television today, Sheldon Cooper, won't be returning to The Big Bang Theory for its 8th season, after actor Jim Parsons has walked-off set and quit the show because of an on-set fight with co-star Johnny Galecki."

All one has to do is take a look at the site's disclaimer to realize that they are all about lying their asses of and calling it entertainment:

"Empire News is a satirical and entertainment website.

"We only use invented names in all our stories, except in cases when public figures are being satirized.

"Any other use of real names is accidental and coincidental."

From the amount of confused Twitter followers that IBTimes found complaining about the injustice of letting Parson's go because of John's bad attitude, it's pretty apparent that the well hidden disclaimer isn't informing folks as well as they might have hoped:
