After months of rumors that Tim McGraw and Faith Hill are headed towards divorce, it appears the country music A-listers are facing an even graver risk. The fan who Tim assaulted at a recent concert may have filed a lawsuit against Tim.
In case you've been living under a rock, Tim McGraw is still taking heat from hitting a female fan at a recent concert. Jesslyn Tayor got a little carried away with herself actually ripped McGraw's pants during a live performance.
Somewhat shockingly, Tim repaid her gesture of adoration by smacking the ever living poop out of her. The video, which can be seen here, shows the epic slappery.
Tim has since been throwing the young woman under the bus, however, that may soon come to an end. According to TMZ, Ms. Taylor will be taking legal action:
"Eric Hertz -- a Georgia personal injury attorney -- tells TMZ his client was NOT trying to grab Tim's junk when he hauled off and slapped her. He says she was nothing more than an enthusiastic fan who was part of the show's 'interactive environment' and merely wanted a touch...Hertz says Jesslyn is furious Tim's been slinging mud at her by claiming she was aggressive ... trying to rip his jeans ... and she was thrown out of the concert as a result. He says she feels humiliated and for starters wants an apology."
This likely won't sit well with Faith, who is reportedly already fighting Tim over his spending. According to one source who spoke with the July 21 print edition of Star, the two are actually struggling with their finances:
"[Tim and Faith] are struggling financially--that's why they do their Las Vegas shows--but Tim still spends like he is a billionaire, and it infuriates Faith. Miranda [Lambert] has told her to put a limit on Tim's credit cards."
