The hit ABC series Once Upon a Time has taken over Comic-Con to promote Season 4. Some of the highlight from the event include Snow White Ginnifer Goodwin vs Wonderland’s Knave of Hearts, Michael Socha, a behind the scenes look in the writers room when they decided to do Frozen, and even a few musical rumors.
Disney’s Once Upon a Time has taken over Comic-Con. The cast and crew of the hit show have come out in force to promote the new season. However, some of the cast members couldn’t make it cause they had to work. Snow White actress Ginnifer Goodwin did manage to Skype in, and she brought a surprise guest:
That is right, The Knave of Hearts, Michael Socha has survived the cancellation of the Once upon a Time spin-off Wonderland and has made his way back to Storybrooke.
When you think of a Disney fairytale, you probably think of catchy song and dance numbers. When asked if the show was planning on airing a special musical episode, executive producer Edward Kitsis by saying:
“Problem with doing a musical, is we don’t know how.”
In other news, ABC is offering viewers a special behind the scenes video about how the writers decided to do Frozen:
Previously executive producer Adam Horowitz told E! Online about getting Disney to let them use the Frozen characters:
“It felt like it was in the wheelhouse of what we wanted for the show and we were very excited about it, and we pitched the idea to the studio network and we were very fortunate that they gave us the go-ahead...So there's a lot of trust all around that we need to live up to, we know that this is a beloved characters and a beloved movie. My five-year-old daughter would be the first one to raise the pitchfork. So you know we're very excited and humbled by the opportunity.”
