Amy Poehler is known for her zany characters both on the big and small screens. Perhaps that is why she allegedly let her children with ex-husband Will Arnett start calling her new man, comedian Nick Kroll, their new dad. Will Arnett doesn't think it's funny at all, and he is reportedly looking to have it stopped.
Amy Poehler is certainly a wild card. The 42-year-old Park and Recreation star even went as far as jokingly making out with Bono for a laugh at the recent Golden Globes.
Her boyfriend, supposed comedian Nick Kroll, even got in on the joke, threatening the aging Irish star on his Twitter feed, "Hey Bono, watch your back."
Maybe it's these kind of everyday antics that blurred their vision to the fact that when Will Arnett allegedly found out his sons Archie, 5, and Abel, 3, were calling another man daddy, he might be upset.
It's understood that some families have inside jokes, but 43-year-old Will was a little taken back by the fact that he was the inside joke of his family.
While no one has fessed up to just how long it has been going on, a source close to the action told Star, that once Arnett realized what was going on he had a stop put to it immediately:
"He was in shock...He made it clear that it should never happen again, and ultimately she agreed to talk to the boys."
What do you think? Should a funny guy like Will Arnett understand that it was too comical to stop? Or should Nick Kroll learn that some things go beyond just being snarky and cute?
