Tim McGraw and Faith Hill divorce rumors have been flying for months. Now, some alleged friends have stepped forward to claim that McGraw’s missing wedding ring could signal the end of their marriage.
Even before Tim performed at the iHeartRadio Music Festival without his wedding ring, tabloids have claimed that the couple was calling it quits. But McGraw has added a significant amount of fuel to the fire by appearing without the symbol of his vows.
Now, an alleged friend is forecasting the worse. The insider revealed to Hollywood Daily News:
“Faith is heartbroken that her family is falling apart, and she was just blown away that Tim would take his ring off. It was a declaration of war on Faith. He stared straight at the cameras and didn’t bother to hide the fact that his wedding band was off.”
Apparently this didn’t sit well with his wife. According to the source:
“Faith went berserk! She said if he wants to battle her for a divorce, she would take their kids and every cent he has. Her message was loud and clear. So when he performed on stage that night, he had the wedding ring back on. And he told Faith that he’d just left it in his dressing room after taking a shower. But she knew he was covering up.”
Of course, this isn’t the first time that one of Tim’s friends went to the press. In a recent edition of Star magazine, an insider told the publication:
“Tim never takes off his ring...While he is very quiet about the status of his marriage, he and Faith have been fighting a lot recently--and he’s tired of it all. He was making a big statement by performing without his ring at such a huge festival.”
