David Arquette on Howard Stern: Talks Sundance ‘Dream School,’ Alcoholism, And Trying to Date Robin Quivers and Eva Mendes

David Arquette returned today to The Howard Stern Show. The actor gave a tell-all interview where he discussed his new show on Sundance, Dream School. David also didn’t shy away when it came to talking about his alcoholism and what it was like when he tried to date Robin Quivers and Eva Mendes.

Howard opened the interview by asking David to describe his date with Robin. David explained that the two went out for tattoos:

“We can seal that deal anytime you want...She was in town. She wanted to get a tattoo. We went to Shamrock Social Club and got it...I got this portrait of my grandfather. I bought her a bottle of wine at the store…We kissed before she left.”

David went on to describe the date...and told how it fizzled. He did, however, get some tongue action:

“She was like ‘I have to get up early.’ She gave me some story. [laughs] Robyn is great. It would be like sleeping with the Queen...It was a fun little thing. How fun would that be? I was single. It was before Christina”

Arquette also addressed claims that he was cheating on his girlfriend. Turns out he is pretty pissed about the paparazzi:

“It kind of makes me look like a knucklehead. People talk sh-t about everyone all of the time. This doesn’t have to be part of our culture...People go crazy because they’ve been bullied and stomped on. There was an article written about me recently. I went out and got some dinner with my girlfriend and dropped her off. Then the tabloids claimed that I dropped her off and then rushed to a strip club. It’s just complete lies.”

One thing that isn’t a lie, is that David tried dating Eva Mendes. Things didn’t go according to plans when David left a sexy voicemail for her on her ex-boyfriend’s phone. David just didn’t come to talk about his relationships. He was in the studio to plug his new album:

“It’s called ‘Dream School’ and it’s on the Sundance Channel. It starts October 7. There is six episodes. They took 15 students who were about to drop out of highschool and gave them an amazing school experience to keep them in. There are three qualified teachers helping them. 50 Cent is the executive producer and he lays out the rules for them. Oliver Stone teaches them history...It’s very heartfelt.”
