Bravo’s ‘The New Atlanta’ Replacing ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’? Series Premiere Date Approaching

Feeling exhausted from the typical drama featured in the Real Housewives of Atlanta? Well Bravo may have an answer to your prayers. Their new series, The New Atlanta, has a quickly approaching premiere date and may be replacing fan’s fix for all things Georgia.

The New Atlanta will be focusing on a different kind of crowd. Sure, they’re all rich and fight a lot, but this time they are younger and hotter. Mike Olson broke down the new series in the latest edition of Star Magazine.

One cast member who got his attention was Atlanta resident Emily Lipman. Emily knows that she’s got something special and doesn’t hold back when speaking to Mike:

“I’m a Southern girl who likes four-wheeling, but I’m also Jewish, so it doesn’t add up. People call me unicorn becuase I’m so different.”

That difference may be what adds to the conflict between her and fellow cast mate Alexandra Dilworth. Alexandra is admittedly spoiled and chooses to live off her parent’s money, while Emily chose to start her own store, Raw Denim Boutique.

This infuriates Emily, who told Star:

“Alexandra and I butted heads from the very beginning. You’re going to live off of your parent’s money for the rest of your life? I don’t get her.”

Don’t worry ladies, the show has some hot guys too. The show features Jevon Sims and Tribble Reese.

Tribble is a former college athlete that has since become an impressive entrepreneur. Jevon, or as he is better known, Vawn, acheived his success in the music industry, where he specializes in artist development.

The first season of The New Atlanta is set to premiere on Tuesday, September 17 at 10:00 p.m.
