JJ Watt Delivers Surprise to National Anthem Kid, Schwarzenegger Impressed

Houston Texans fan favorite JJ Watt is starting his offseason with having a little fun. While he is known for being a terror towards offenses on the field, he also is a good natured person off the field. This offseason so far has had Arnold Schwarzenegger impressed with Watt's ability to impersonate, and also even delivered a surprise to the kid who sang the National Anthem before a Rockets game.

The skilled defensive end let more of his talents be known when he and other teammates took turns at who could do the best Schwarzenegger impersonation. The Texans ended up sharing videos of the players imitating the former Governator, with Watt having the best rendition of Arnold. Such a good take on Schwarzenegger, in fact, that according to Sports Illustrated, the man himself took to twitter and complimented him:

@Schwarzenegger @JJWatt, next time I have an offer to do voiceover work, there is no reason you shouldn't do it. @HoustonTexans https://bit.ly/1Etlg2N

The offseason fun hasn't stopped there for Watt. While attending a Dallas Mavericks and Houston Rockets playoff game, the Texan made a surprise courtside appearance. 12-year-old Nicholas Connors was on hand to sing the National Anthem before the start of the game, but with having throat issues, Connors was unsure how he would handle the spotlight of singing the anthem. He won over one big fan in Watt though, with JJ completely shocking him after the song with his surprise midcourt visit. If the awe in his face didn't tell the whole story, Connor's Mom told Click2Houston.com about his reaction after meeting the star:

"He came up to me beaming. And was like, 'Did you See J.J. Watt?? He ran up to me and gave me a hug and shook my hand and told me I was awesome.' and I said, 'J.J. did?' He said, 'Yeah.' And I said, 'That is so cool!'"

Doing Schwarzenegger impressions and making kids dreams come true, just another day in the life of Texans star JJ Watt.
