John Cena Puts WWE On His Shoulders, Plus 600 Pounds

John Cena is a main event draw for World Wrestling Entertainment. He has been popular for many years, winning numerous belts and titles. Not only is he able to squat 600 pounds on his shoulders, he has also put the WWE on his shoulders for years, plus carrying the company as its main star since other bankable wrestlers have either retired or scaled back their involvement in the ring. Now the WWE has begun using the star as a mid-card instead of main event draw for its Monday night program Raw with hopes of being able to bring up newer talent during the Cena matches.

The open matches for Cena as the mid-card have fans and wresters alike appreciating what he is doing for the show. Bleacher Report explains the reasoning for the move and why it is working:

"When these challenges began, the end result was always clear-Cena would always come out on top, but the bouts would be used as a train for exciting young talent to move forward and allow them to attain validity on WWE's roster."

To keep up with the rigorous schedule of performing weekly as the company man he is, he has to work out constantly. And what a workout it is. He showed off some of his routine by sending out a tweet with a video of him squatting over 600 pounds.

Cena waxed poetically on Twitter along with the squatting video according to TMZ Sports:

"The speed of life gives us chances to make excuses. Define goals, take a pause, and realize you can move mountains."

Hopefully the WWE has realized how grateful they should be to have such a company oriented humble superstar in Cena.

What do you think of the new strategy the WWE is using in bringing up new talent? How do you think Cena is handling it? What do you think of the beast mode squat done by Cena? Tell us what you think.
