K-Pop pop band Big Bang is turning up the heat after a three year absence. Since getting back together, the South Korean supergroup have been ultra-busy in the recording studio. The K-Pop idols have issued two new singles, 'Loser' and 'Bae Bae' in anticipation of their world tour that starts this week. You can watch the YouTube vids below.
To go along with the songs, Big Bang have issued music videos for both singles. Both songs are getting plenty of attention and play worldwide as well as in the U.S. Their videos have taken the internet by storm. In its first twenty four hours of being released, "Loser," by itself has notched more than 4.4 million views. Excluding Psy, that is a K-Pop record for one day, the previous record being 4.1 million held by Exo and their song "Call Me Baby." Three days later, "Loser" is quickly closing in on 10 million page views.
Their other song, "Bae Bae," is no slouch either. In that same three day period, it has notched a little over 7 million page views. So, in a little over three days, both songs have accounted for 17 million page views. It's easy to see why they are so hot at the moment.
A lot of people feel that the time away has been good for them. They have matured in all aspects of their creative lives, while keeping their showy pizzazz, fun and, for their female fans, their adorableness. As well, the group have promised their fans two new songs at the beginning of every month until the release of their new album in September.
The calendar year of 2015 looks to be a big year for Big Bang. They have a world tour and songs that are tearing up Youtube at the moment. If you see the sun shining on the other side of the world, have no fear. It's just shining on Big Bang.
