With Season 7 of Bravo's The Real Housewives of Atlanta set to return this fall, it appears network producers are already gearing up for former Dancing with the Stars contestant NeNe Leakes to quit the show after her contract expires at the end of the reunion recap episode. The Atlanta queen bee has practically been counting down the days on Twitter until she can walk away from toxic Kenya Moore and the rest of the cast's brawlers. Perhaps, that is why Bravo has reportedly reached out to Tiny Harris and Gotcha Hawking to joins the reality TV show. According to the latest gossip news updates, Phaedra Parks convicted felon husband, Apollo Nida, seemingly has no shame about stealing millions of dollars form folks that were already having trouble paying the bills. Word has it that the criminal has been working hard to finish up his memoir before he has to turn himself over to prison authorities Wednesday.
As incredibly as it may be to believe, Real Housewives of Atlanta star NeNe Leakes doesn't seem to be planning to stick around after her contract with Bravo expires in 2015 at the end of Season 7.
In a Twitter update sent after production of this season commenced, NeNe let it be known that she doesn't see herself growing old on the set of Housewives:
"Imagine working with somebody who is evil inside and out. But, yet they want an apology for what now? I can't wait to be outta this circle!
"Pray for me."
Perhaps that is why the producers supposedly reached out to star of reality TV hits like Tiny and Toya or T.I. & Tiny: The Family Hustle, Tiny Harris, to join the growing franchise.
But Harris explained that it was that colossal franchise that actually caused her to pass on the well-paid Bravo gig (via WetPaint):
"They're a huge franchise, but for me I'm already an executive producer of every show that I'm doing, so it wouldn't make sense for me to go on someone else's show and not be the boss.
"If I'm going on your show and I got to take orders and I don't have no say so on how I'm going to look at the end of the day, I'm not going to do that."
Apparently the god fearing folks over at MStars have gotten word that Bravo has managed to pick up a new Housewife or two since Tiny balked--most notably Gotcha Hawkins:
"Real Housewives of Atlanta may have picked up a third new reality star, Gocha Hawkins after adding two new members, Demetria McKinney and Claudia Jordan.
"Gocha is a popular outspoken Atlanta Salon owner and a known lesbian dating La La's Full Court Life reality star, Dice."
In related news, Jailbird/rat, Apollo Nida, has reportedly penned a new revealing tell-all with a little help from his friends--no doubt one last attempt to make money off of his wanton fraud.
The somewhat reputable TMZ reports that Phaedra Park's man still isn't done rubbing his victim's noses in his smug bullsh-t:
"Nida has to report to prison Sept. 10th to begin serving an 8-year sentence for money fraud...the Real Housewives of Atlanta star tell us he's been hard at work on his autobiography.
"Nida's teamed with multiple writers to get his story down on paper--focusing on his life, his upbringing, and the events that led him to prison, according to our sources...and he's even shot a photo for the book cover already."
Well...that definitely seems like justice.
